The telescope was still standing at my windows that day. Just last evening I have experimented a little bit combining my camera with that device. Since my room isn’t that much big, I had to put it away. In the meantime my had my mobile laying on the windowsill, charging the battery. I grabbed the telescope and to my bad luck ,the cable got hold by one of the telescope’s foot. Just when I realized that, mother nature’s gravity pulled down the mobile to the floor. Slam. Great I thought and went put the telescope back where it belonged. I knew, my mobile already fell down twice and it always survived the drop. Why not this time as well? But since there is a touchscreen display mounted, I’ve been always afraid of the damage that could happen on a drop. So after I’ve returned, I took the mobile checked if everything was clear. Mobile has been still activated, the keyboard had no damage as well the display didn’t. What a relief and took the cable and went charging it again. Huh, but then the cable didn’t fit into the USB slot. The misery couldn’t be better.

Too make you understand that first, the USB slot is needed for connecting the mobile to the computer and also charging the battery.

So I went to the Nokia Health Care center in town and handed them my mobile out. A few days later, I received a call from them again, that my mobile has been so severe damaged, that it has become classified as “beyond repairs”. Since a long time, there hasn’t been anything I have been so angry about.

The Nokia flagship mobile phone, beyond repairs, not even a calculation. The cherry on the top, either to pay 25 bucks just to get it back or free disposal. That day I’ve found out painfully, how bad Nokia’s service has become.

Before I buy an external charger and switch the battery every day, I will go sell it on ebay. Perhaps there is some genius who can fix it for himself again. In the meantime I have bought a new mobile again.
