Recently during lunch time my boss was showing me some of his motor bike ideas and by coincidence we stumpled over an image online. On a sudden it has taken my full attention. The colors, the composition and the inperfect drawing style of the bike are very interesting. Next to that one there is a original photo of the bike making it easy to compare the fine details.  I liked it so much, that I would like to draw the Giacomoto with the same style, what I actually did in the end. Unfortunatelly it isn’t my original idea but I am quite satisfied with the results and my boss likes it so much, that I had to calm him down on making compliments. Die image’s resolution is at 10.000 x 5626 pixels and is drawn with vector lines. That allows me to resize it to any desired resolution.

There are two variants – one fully colored, displaying the colors as they are visible on the real bike such as brown for the paint, grey for the metallic parts, dark grey for the black painted parts and so on,

the second is a simplified edition considered the color palette. Only brown and dark grey are dominating the machine, putting the lines and details more into the center. Personally this one is my favorite. Below you can see the original image that has inspired me in the first place.
