The high-pressure system ist is located in the gas turbine right behind the shaft and takes function as compressor. While compressing air, the volume will become more compact and the temperature will increase. After that section the compressed air will be fused with kerosine and ignited.

Two important components of the compressor are the compressor blades and the stators. Generaly there are several compressor blades and stators lined up in turns.
